Express Plan – Monthly Indemnity

Eligibility Conditions and Features

Blue Cross disability insurance express plan has some eligibility requirements. To be eligible for this plan, you must complete the Declarations in the application form and must be a beneficiary as given by the hospital and health insurance legislation in your province. However, you may not be disabled, or hospitalized to apply. Furthermore, it is required that you are not diagnosed with breast cancer or any other type of cancer, AIDS or Pre-AIDs to be eligible.

• The coverage provides you with a monthly payment to help you deal with daily expenses in the event of an accident or illness. The monthly payment is up to $1,000 per month for 12 months.
• You don’t need any medical examination to apply for this coverage. You only need a simple declaration with a few health questions to apply.
• To be eligible for this plan, you must complete the Declarations in the application form and must be a beneficiary as given by the hospital and health insurance legislation in your province.
• You may not be disabled, or hospitalized to apply. In addition, it is required that you are not diagnosed with breast cancer or any other type of cancer, AIDS or pre-AIDs to be eligible.
• The plan is flexible, affordable and can help you to recover your independence.
