Service was fine, but they lack insurance options for those who have mental health conditions. If you need insurance to see a therapist, they offer plans with only minimal coverage, $65 per visit. In Alberta, a psychologist costs $200/visit so it’s not worth it at all.

Good friendly service -Thanks Michael Breen!However, after receiving the policy medical wording after the above review that was 5 stars, I found out that Michael had included a part that was not there previously -he filled in a part that was not true as he made some assumptions. Manulife confirmed that this statement would increase the premiums that I had already paid. I was able to cancel the insurance and am now waiting a promised full refund. Michael made an error that I believe to be unintentional but serious never the less. Make sure you read over the wording carefully as errors are made sometimes!

I went online to find Emergency Medical coverage for my trip to Calgary and later on Mexico. I usually check out a few policies and pick the one that meets my needs.In this case I filled out the info required and was trying to find out cost etc and wasn’t able to complete it as I have poor wifi often. Make it possible to contact a CSR who doesn't transfer me around 7 times before telling me they can't find their own policy issued to a customer - a policy number taken from their own letterhead!! I will tell everyone I know, in every way, to avoid your company at all costs. If I have to, I will contact CBC W5 or Marketplace. Manulife, you have messed with the wrong estate executor!!
