  • Drug 1 covers the cost of eligible prescription drug including $6.5 per prescription for dispensing fees, and $400 per year for generic prescription drugs.
  • Dental 1 covers eligible out-of-pocket dental costs including up to $700 per year for services like cleanings, examinations, select extractions, and x-rays.
  • Dental 2 covers eligible out-of-pocket dental expenses which include up to $900 per year for basic services like cleanings, extractions, examinations, fillings, x-rays, and other specialized procedures like root canals.
