The tourism and marketing arm of the Government of Alberta, Travel Alberta released a Request for Proposals for a vendor to be its full-service agency for Asia including Japan, China, and South Korea with a primary focus on mainland China.

The vendor will be in charge of marketing program planning and execution, buying and media planning, media, and social media and so forth. Travel Alberta intends to increase tourism revenues to $10.3 billion by 2020.
