Inuk, a snow-white 10-year-old American Eskimo dog from Caledon, Ontario, is one of the numerous dogs that competed at the 2018 prestigious Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.

The Canada-grown competitor is a record-holding champion. He made it to Westminster as the top American Eskimo in Canada for 10 years in a row.

Speaking of Inuk’s knack for performance, his owner Sharon Robertson said: “when he walks in the ring he kind of communicates: I’m here, so all eyes on me”.

Inuk made an appearance for the 10th time at the Westminster Dog Show in 2018. He had previously won eight best in breed titles at the previous shows. The Eskie was also awarded the “select dog” title in 2017.

His owner, Robertson, has been showing dogs for about 20 years. Robertson said she knew Inuk was a champion since the first time she first saw him as a puppy.

Robertson also said Inuk’s wonderful qualities make him stand out among his litters. Among his six puppies, Inuk was just different.
